In 2015, after a 20 year Marketing career in FMCG, Retail Travel and Financial Services, I started a 4 year journey of retraining in food and nutrition, areas I was always passionate about.
After training in Dublin Cookery School, I set up a successful children and teen cookery school from my home (Kids' Kitchen). After two fulfilling years, Kids' Kitchen came to an end with the wonderful and unexpected addition of a fifth member of our family, Patrick, now aged 4.
During this time, I qualified as a
Nutritional Therapist (with The Institute of Health Sciences (IHS)) and set up The Food Clinic.
The Food Clinic's services include personalised Nutritional Therapy Consultations, Workplace Wellness Talks and Cookery Demonstrations. I also work with schools and colleges in the areas or cookery practicals and tutoring.
I am a Member of NTOI (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland).
